The Self-Registration Portal For Karatina University

WELCOME TO THE SELF-REGISTRATION PORTAL

TO ALL 2025/2026 FIRST YEAR STUDENTS

Please note the following before undertaking the self registration process:

  1. The information to be filled into this portal should be as per your admission document AA/F002. The information will be verified during reporting (commencing Monday, 1ST September 2025.
  2. For you to undertake the self-registration process, use ONLY the link provided below. https://admissions.karu.ac.ke .Karatina University will not be liable for any information filled on other links other than those provided for on the website.  NOTE: You are required to use the latest version of Google Chrome browser (on your phone, tablet or computer)
  3. For those who require university accommodation, select the “Resident” option in the Karatina University self registration portal (Step 6). Kindly note that the University has limited accommodation spaces and as such, they will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. You will be required to use the E-Citizen payment mode for payment.
  4. AVOID FALLING PREY TO FRAUDSTERS ESPECIALLY WITH HOSTEL BOOKING. ALL HOSTEL BOOKINGS WILL ONLY BE DONE THROUGH THIS SELF REGISTRATION PORTAL.
