The University has put in place a robust ERP system(Navision 2017) in its automation strategy. The ERP provides for a seamless workflow and reporting. For example, the Student Management Information System(SMIS) which is a centralized system is accessed by various users from a central location facilitating efficiency in various student services. Other modules in place include Human Resource, Procurement, Finance, Hostels, Transport, Room and Venues Booking and Catering Services Modules
