Clarification on Examination Cards

Examinations  for the Second Semester of 2020/2021  Academic Year, commenced  on Monday,  14th    June   2021.It  has  been  noted  that  some  students   are  sitting  for Examinations with Examination cards whose authenticity is in doubt.   This is in contravention  to Karatina University Common Rules and Regulations for Examination Clause  2.3.1:   

Candidates  shall be required  to be in possession  of a personal,  valid examination  card, devoid of any unauthorized  writings, and which shall be displayed prominently  for scrutiny  by the invigilator(s).   In addition, candidates  shall display a valid students identification  card.

 

Students are therefore informed effective Tuesday, 15th  June  2021, ONLY students whose names  appear in the Examination  Attendance  Sheet will be allowed to  sit for Examinations.   Students  who have not paid  outstanding  fees are advised to defer studies  to  the  next  Academic Year. Stern  Disciplinary  actions  will be  instituted  to students who do not adhere the provided guideline.
