Ms. Agnes Kiende Muguna is a qualified Office Administrator who handles secretarial matters of the
Directorate of Postgraduate Studies. She has done all the secretarial stage certificates ( KNEC) and has a
Higher National Diploma in Secretarial Management (KNEC). She is ICT proficient having done five
computer packages. She has worked in the University for over twenty five years in various offices, both
in University of Eldoret and Karatina University respectively. She has also attended many skill oriented
seminars and workshops organized by the University and outside.
