Minimum mean grade at C+ (Plus) at KCSE, C in English, D+ in Mathematics with at least C + in any two arts subjects OR 2 Principals and subsidiary pass at ‘A’ level in relevant subjects OR Diploma in Education (Arts) from a recognized Institution.
