Karatina University bid farewell to the Cohort 7 Public Service Interns in a ceremony held on March 4th, 2026. The interns, who had served at the university for a year, were appreciated for their dedication and contributions during their tenure.
The event was officially opened by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Planning, Finance & Administration), Prof. Richard Kiai, who expressed gratitude to the government for assigning the interns to Karatina University. He emphasized that internship is a valuable opportunity, urging the interns to reflect on their experiences, be curious and explorative, build networks, focus on their strengths, seek growth opportunities, and maintain a lifelong learning mindset.
