We are delighted to announce that students from the School of Computing and Informatics at Karatina University secured First Position at a hackathon competition hosted by Tharaka University. The team was led by the Director Open, Distance E-Learning(ODEL) Dr. Harriet Tsindale.

The team, behind the innovative project titled “ANTI-DEATH,” developed and successfully deployed the best prototype within just 18 hours. Their outstanding innovation, teamwork, and technical expertise were evident throughout the competition.
