KARATINA UNIVERSITY HOLDS SCHOOL-LED ORIENTATION FOR FIRST-YEAR STUDENTS

On 4th September 2025, Karatina University officially welcomed its first-year students through a vibrant, day-long orientation program held across all five Schools: School of Health Sciences, School of Business, School of Agriculture and Biotechnology, School of Education and Social Sciences, and School of Pure and Applied Sciences.

The school-led sessions provided students with an introduction to university life, focusing on academic expectations, institutional values, and the diverse support services available. Beyond academics, the orientation fostered a sense of belonging and community, helping the first years connect with their peers, faculty, and the wider KarU family.

This holistic experience not only eased the transition into higher education but also set the stage for the students to thrive academically, socially, and personally throughout their journey at Karatina University.
