SUBJECT: ADJUSTED FIRST SEMESTER DATES OF 2024/2025 ACADEMIC YEAR

Learning activities in the First Semester of 2024/2025 Academic Year resumed on Monday, 25^th November 2024. All First-Year students are advised to take note of the following adjusted semester and examination dates:

A) SAB/SOB/SESS/SNRES/SPAS

1. Learning resumed on Monday, 25^th November, 2024 and will continue to Friday, 10^th January, 2025;
2. First Semester Examinations will start on Monday 20^th January, 2025 and end on Friday 31^st January, 2025. Further details will be provided in the Examination Timetable.

B) SCHOOL OF HEALTH SCIENCES

This includes Bachelor of Science in Nursing; Bachelor of Science in Clinical Medicine & Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory students:

1. Learning resumed on Monday, 25^th November, 2024 and will continue to Friday, 17^th January, 2025;
2. First Semester examinations will start on Monday 20^th January, 2025 and end on Friday 31^st January, 2025. Further details will be provided in the Examination Timetable.

 

NB: All students are reminded to make good use of days over the Christmas break for revision of upcoming examinations starting January 2025 as provided above.  Christmas and New Year Break run from 21^st December 2024 to 5^th January 2025.
