Karatina University recently hosted a team from the Human Resource Management Professionals Examination Board (HRMPEB) as it seeks to expand its boundaries to become a Registration and Accreditation Centre certified to offer examinations to Human Resource professionals.
Officers from the examining body visited the University on Thursday, 16th February 2023 where they assessed the Main Campus and the School of Business (SOB) where the training and examinations will be offered.
Led by the Dean, SOB, Dr. David Gichuhi, the team later paid a courtesy call to the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academic, Research and Student Affairs), Prof. Peninah Aloo-Abudho. Dr. Stephen Macharia from the School was also in attendance.
The team from HRMPEB was led by Dr. Jane Wanyoike (Manager, Examinations and Administration) and Ms. Jessica Baru (Administration Officer).
