Programme: Bsc in Foodscience and nutrition.
Currently am a Quality control (head of department cheese production and packaging) At Happy cow limited Nakuru.
My duties and responsibilities include Implementation of ISO: IEC 17025l:2005 standards; Market engagement, sensitization, and training of stakeholders; Milk acceptance and laboratory analysis; Administrative stock control and calibration of all equipment at Happy cow limited among other tasks.
Karatina university being my Alma mater has really contributed widely in my career as a Food scientist and goal by providing knowledge and skills as well as motivation with a long standing background in the food industry through laboratory tests and field trips. Word of mouth might not be enough to say a thank you to My university.
Competent lecturers who gave their all.A big thank you to Dr. Kilonzi who assisted me in my project analysis at JKUAT, Dr Loise, Dr Muchiri my project supervisor, Madam kilel ,Able laboratory technician Madam Dinah and all stakeholders who ensured my tenure at Karatina University was a success.
