A section of members of the Kenya Universities Professional Counsellors Association (KUPCA), Central Kenya region, on Friday, 29th July 2022 held a meeting at the School of Business.
The members met for counsellors supervision which entails sharing and solving professional and mental health issues which may affect counsellors. This is according to Mr. Joseph Wanjau, the Chairperson of KUPCA, Central region and the Students’ Counsellor at KarU.
Institutions present were Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT), Kirinyaga University and Karatina University. Other member universities of the Central Kenya region are Dedan Kimathi University of Technology (DeKUT), Mount Kenya University (MKU) and Murang’a University of Technology (MUT).
