RE-OPENING OF THE ERP SYSTEM FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION OF SECOND SEMESTER COURSES, 2021/2022 ACADEMIC YEAR
Kindly refer to a communication KarU/Rg.ARA/I/Vol.8 dated 28 January 2022 regarding second semester 2021/22 AY timelines. Among the timelines, was the online courses registration timeline issued as Friday, 18″March 2022.
A report on online courses registration post the deadline indicates that Six Hundred and Forty-Five (645) students had cleared their fees balances but had registered less or zero online courses.
Therefore, this is to bring to your attention that the ERP system will be re-opened to allow the above indicated group of students’ register courses online between Wednesday 4th May to Friday 13th May 2022. Note that this will be the last chance for reopening the ERP system for registration of second semester courses, 2021/22 academic year. The students who will not have registered at the end of the given timeline will be expected to defer the studies.
Additionally, this is to inform you that during a special Senate meeting held on Monday 26th April 2022, the Senate approved rescheduling of first year second semester examinations(2021/2022AY) that were to commence on Tuesday 3rd May to 16th May 2022 with new dates issued as Monday 9th May 2022 to Friday 20th May 2022. This was occasioned by declaration of Tuesday 3rd May 2022 as a public holiday to mark Idd-ul-Fitr. A comprehensive examination timetable with new dates will be released in due course.
